Returns & Exchanges
Our Promise
We believe in the integrity of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Fragrances that have been used may not be returned for hygiene reasons. All returns are inspected by our atelier team upon arrival.
How to Return
Contact our concierge at concierge@ikira.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our Milano atelier.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable for international returns outside the EU.
